Decolonise Your Diet Podcast Series

“Decolonise Your Diet” a 10 part Docuseries by mother and son team Kaiyu and Tiga Bayles Jnr

This 10 part series is dedicated to my father Tiga Bayles. Thank you for giving us the tools we need to take back control of our lives, starting with our own backyard. Wat a legend, just an honour to keep this going after we spoke about it while you were here. The old fulla is still keeping the fire burning strong 💪🏽

In the series we look at what the country looked like at the time of invasion, the changes to land, animals, health and wellbeing, the many benefits of eating bush food, the problems with the current guidelines and model of health, solutions and recommendations to help turn things around. Mother and son team Kaiyu Bayles and Tiga Bayles Jnr caught up with those leading the way in the push to return to traditional approaches to wellbeing. An idea of Kaiyu’s late father Tiga Bayles Snr, a special piece of work!
